2) Processing & dispatch

After an order is placed:

  • Processing: We verify order details and prepare dispatch through trusted fulfillment partners.
  • Dispatch: Your order is handed over to a carrier or delivery network.
  • Tracking: Tracking is shared when available after dispatch.

Processing times can vary depending on the item and current volume.

3) Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the product, location, and carrier operations. Estimated delivery windows may appear at checkout or in order updates (when available).

  • Some carriers update tracking after the first scan, so tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement.
  • Weather, peak seasons, and local courier delays can affect delivery timelines.

5) Address accuracy

  • Marked delivered but missing: Check around the delivery area and with neighbors. Then contact us for next steps.
  • Damaged: Send photos of the item + packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll help.

If any customs duties or import fees apply (depending on local rules), they are typically collected by local authorities or the carrier. Buyiox does not control customs decisions.
