Buyiox is run by a remote team. Some orders may be fulfilled through trusted third-party fulfillment and delivery networks. If you need a return or refund, we guide you through the correct steps and keep communication clear.

2) Eligibility for returns

To keep returns fair for everyone, returns are generally accepted when:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging (where required).
  • Your request is made within the return window listed on the product page or within a reasonable time after delivery.
  • The item is not a non-returnable category (see below).

Non-returnable items may include (examples): clearance items, hygiene/sanitary items once opened, and items marked “final sale” (where applicable).

3) How to start a return

To begin, contact us and share:

  • Your order number and email used at checkout
  • Reason for return (change of mind / wrong item / damage, etc.)
  • Photos (required for damaged/defective items) — item + packaging

We’ll reply with the next steps, including return address instructions (when applicable) and what to include inside the package.

4) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (recommended)
  • Send clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will assist with the best resolution: replacement, partial refund, or full refund (depending on the case)

5) Refund process & timeline

Refunds are issued after the return is approved and processed (and when applicable, after the returned item is received and checked).

  • Refund method: to the original payment method, unless another solution is agreed
  • Processing time: may take several business days depending on your bank/payment provider
  • Confirmation: we will confirm once the refund is initiated

6) Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

  • Our mistake (wrong item / defect / damage): we’ll guide you on the best resolution and may cover return shipping where applicable.
  • Change of mind: return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

We always aim to keep the process reasonable and will explain the options clearly before you ship anything back.

7) Cancellations

If you want to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not started processing, we may be able to cancel it. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but we can help with return options.

8) Late deliveries & missing packages

Delivery timelines can vary due to carrier operations and local factors. If your tracking is stuck or your package seems missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you on next steps.
